Meet Shayni MidWinter
From a spark of curiosity to becoming a respected aesthetic specialist and educator, Shayni’s journey is one built on bold dreams and relentless dedication.
What began as Cosmetics by Shayni has grown into Face Addict Aesthetics, a brand that embodies confidence, artistry, and community. Based in Maidstone, Kent, she now offers both advanced treatments and CPD-accredited training — shaping the next era of aesthetics professionals.
Shayni holds an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and Anatomy & Physiology, along with full NVQ qualifications in SPMU. The majority of her additional aesthetic training is CPD-accredited, ensuring consistent standards of quality and care. She also holds a Level 3 AET (Teaching Diploma), enabling her to share her expertise with others in the industry. With over four years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, Shayni continues to refine her craft through ongoing professional development and mentorship.
Her philosophy is simple: Enhance, don’t overpower. Every face is unique, so every treatment is customised — whether that’s through dermal fillers, side profile balancing, or injectable skin boosters.
In 2025, she made the leap to rebrand from Cosmetics by Shayni to Face Addict Aesthetics, a decision rooted in growth, empowerment, and long-term vision. Shayni isn’t just building a clinic; she’s building a community of confident, informed women — and future aesthetic professionals — who believe in doing things with integrity.
